A place for the whole of what you’re carrying.
You may come to therapy because something has changed, something feels stuck, or because experiences from the past continue to show up in the present. Sometimes it is difficult to separate one part of our lives from another. Relationships, identity, family, culture, health, loss, and life transitions can all become part of the same story.
Therapy can offer space to understand those connections, tend to what has been difficult, and explore what you want to carry forward.
Ways we can work together
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing, and understand how different parts of your life connect. Our work may include exploring identity, relationships, trauma, health, family experiences, belonging, grief, or periods of transition and uncertainty.
You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning. We can start with what is bringing you here and unfold the rest together.
Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy offers space to understand the patterns that develop between partners, especially when it feels difficult to communicate, feel understood, or stay connected through change.
Together, we can explore the experiences underneath those patterns, strengthen connection, and practice new ways of responding to one another while making room for each partner’s individual story.
Group Therapy
Group therapy offers a different kind of space for connection, reflection, and support alongside others navigating shared experiences. Groups may focus on particular life experiences or transitions and may be offered on an ongoing or time-limited basis.

What we might explore together
The reason you begin therapy may be only one part of what we eventually explore. Experiences with health, family, relationships, culture, identity, belonging, loss, and change often intersect in ways that are difficult to separate.
My work is especially focused on experiences that can change how we understand ourselves, our relationships, and the lives we imagined.
Pregnancy, Fertility & Parenthood
Support through fertility experiences, pregnancy, postpartum, changing roles, identity, and the transitions that can accompany becoming or hoping to become a parent.
Chronic Illness & Health Changes
Space for the emotional, relational, and identity changes that can accompany illness, medical experiences, changes in your body, and uncertainty about what comes next.
Adoption, Immigration & Belonging
Exploring identity, culture, family, migration, adoption, language, belonging, and the experiences that can live across generations.
Aging & Life Transitions
Support through changing roles, relationships, health, caregiving, loss, retirement, aging, and questions about meaning and what comes next.
How I approach therapy
I don’t believe there is one way therapy should look for everyone. I draw from different approaches depending on who you are, what brings you to therapy, and what feels useful in our work together.
My work is relational, trauma-informed, and attentive to attachment, identity, culture, and the ways our experiences can be held in both our relationships and our bodies. Depending on your needs, our work may include EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, parts work, somatic approaches, ACT, DBT, and other evidence-informed practices.
The approach may change, but curiosity, collaboration, and making room for your whole story remain at the center of our work.
Getting started
Finding the right therapist matters. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can briefly talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
Sessions are offered online to clients in California and Florida.
